Ridiculous delays

<p>I app**** to my small business consultant over three weeks ago to extent my overdraft facility. I was told within 24 hours that the credit was approved but I have been waiting for the funds to be released since. My small business consultant never gets back to me, I have to phone or email her constantly. What is the point of offering this service if it is going to be so inefficient. Im so frustrat</p>
