Ridiculous call center

Just been trying to dispute a debit order of car insurance company that I've been paying for the last two years without ever claiming. I tried canceling due to high access fee but it's still deducting. I called my Bank which i believe it aa my last line of defense to guard my money to cancel the debit check mandate before they can deduct again. The call to Absa doesn't give you any clear channel on which department to call for disputes or reversals. I called on the 20th and finally gave up after being on the line for more than 15 mins. I tried again on the 23rd, after 15 mins i kept being questioned about my reason for the cancelation then end up being transferred to another agent. Finally i was just put on hold by someone named Ruth who said she will transfer me to yet another agent. On the 25th it deducted again and I called the bank and the lady who assisted me seemed to be friendly and helpful only to tell me that my issue will escalated and reversed in the next 30 mins. I'm still waiting for that "30 mins to pass". Calls cost money, and time without assistance. The closest branch for them i was told is under renovations. I'm done with this bank. I sometimes get charged penalties for debit orders that go ofc early while my deal with them is the 25th unless it's a public holiday or sunday. Whoss protecting our finances if not your bank? Right now i don't even care about accepting the call that i was promosed will be made, just want my money in my accout.

Thank you, I'm also interested on the reply and close of my complaint on the ABSA app by Manku Peete without even bothering to explain the reasons of not reversing the debit order as I am the customer. I don't understand his/her reasoning that I must ask the provider to cancel the debicheck but not me due to security reasons, what security reasons and whose reasons. Anyone knows a car insurance runs from month to month it is not like you trying to weasel out of paying a debt.
