Ridiculous business account fees

I owe Absa almost R4000 just on account charges, for an account I requested to be closed because the business is challenged. This amount is escalating every month, but I indicated that I cannot afford to pay fees for an account I am no longer using. It is not fair, must I incur debt for something I am not using? Small Businesses are being exploited by these banks, how can you pay fees for something you are not using. The fee is indicated that it is for transactions you would do per month, but now there are no transactions, what am I paying for??

Please reverse and close the account.
