Ridiculous bank fees

I just don't get Absa's bank charges. You do the same thing month-in month-out but the charges are fluctuating. February 2020 "internet bank fee R3.75 ....... March 2020" Internet bank fee R66.25"

Like really.....???? We are encouraged daily to use the app and internet banking. Which should be cheaper and less stressful.

Absa never ceases to disappoint. Hoping for a speedy response and resolution.
