Ridiculous bank charges - ABSA Newtown branch - Worst bank

I was advised to upgrade my account to cheque at Newtown branch, so I did...the consultant who assisted me, never mentioned that if my account is on negative I get charged an extra R100, on top of that it took me more than a month to get my card as the manager locked the cards away and we had to trace it from the Greenstone branch only to find that the manager had it locked it away, never have I ever paid R105 for monthly fee as per the consultant advised, what even worse is that I went to Sandton branch on Saturday and the manager said she would be assisting by reversing these charges as I was never told about them but she cant as the account was opened in Newtown, Newtown ABSA is the worst bank ever, I'm disgusted and I want all the charges reversed paid back to my account since or else i'm taking it to another level, I have never paid R105 for monthly fee since I opened this accountand that is due to not being told all the information about cheque card, ABSA must just get new stuff in Newtown branch, re-shuffle and I want to close my account but GET MY MONEY BACK SOON
