Ridiculous Bank charges.

I have a subscription with Spotify (music app), they debit my account R59.99. The charges for this transaction is R4 as it is an overseas purchase. l have been charged this all the time but in August 2020 i was charged R75 for this transaction and it came through as an overseas cash withdrawal : O/Seas Cash WdlSettlement 75.00 T 59.99 Spotifyza Stock(Effective 28/08/2020) i called absa and was told i should email *** which i did, i received a response to email ***. which i did as well. I didn't receive any response for a month, i then emailed *** again and received a response from Gerald Schoenfeldt saying: Please note that the transaction you are referring to shows as an overseas ATM withdrawal, and the fee for overseas withdrawals is R75.00 per transaction. They did not do an investigation or a thorough check, i have never been out of this country and how can i be overseas but i am transacting with checkers in Plumstead and they can see my previous charges for the same transaction was always R4. I'm getting really tired of absa and their ridiculous bank charges, they always quick to take your money but never there when they owe you!
