Ridiculous bank

It appears Absa has no intentions to improve its services anytime soon. Since when must i now contact a third party to reverse a debit order? Perhaps its time we start looking for other options. Seems the pandemic hits Absa clients more than any other bank. Worst part is The charges are ridiculous yet no basic service like reversing a debit promptly without excuses. Shame i give up with this bank.
