Ridiculous!

My husband and I have a joined Premium account. We requested a credit card for me as he has one. They gave us another one in his name!. App**** for one AGAIN. Went today to get it. Only ONE consultant and a long row of people. He got up and was on the phone helping other clients. Waited for almost half an hour then had to leave without my card, because I had other appointments. This happened at ABSA Centurion Mall branch. I asked the lady at the front desk if they can courier it to me, was told I have to cancel that card and apply for another one to be couriered. This is ridiculous!
