Ridiculous and outrages cost for Recurring Payments

How ridiculous and outrages is it to pay R19,75 banking cost on a R55 Recurring Payment that was setup and managed by myself with internet banking at Absa! I mean it is not as if I went into the bank and filled in a form and expected a Absa employee to set up a debit order for me. I am managing it myself with internet banking!
