RIDICULOUS AND LACK OF COMMUNICATION

Always a hustle when trying to claim,I registered a claim on the 16th of August 2023 qndbeem contacting the assessor sending follow up emails with no respond and I would call and be advised he will call back for some reason I feel there is no TFC and lack of communication ta now a new month and yet again I am still waiting for the respond however to debit premiums you never miss the date.
