ridiculous

Yesterday I went to Absa Maponya Mall. I stood at the customer service queue I believe for 30 to 45 minutes .The Queue was so long and only 3 consultants working .The fourth one was for senior Citizens. I stood so long my back was hurting like Hell. I looked on the floor no manager available even on staff member was not available to at least talking to customers and asking what they are there for .If a Queue is like that at least a supervisor should be visible to at least explain to customers why the queues are so long or at least to calm them down, 3 people service 20 customers on customer service was just ridiculous , I was so angry and in too much pain from Standing .I WI ill how ever will like to say BIG Ups to Sphamandla who served , outstanding service , he even made me forgot that I stood long in the Queue .That is on employee you should fight to retain. Please recognise him
