RICHARDS BAY ABSA BANK ATM - RISK WITH YOUR DEPOSIT

On Friday 2017-08-11 at 17:36 I deposited cash of R 2 000 at the ABSA Richards Bay new main branch ATM. There are cameras at the ATM's so no doubt about my transaction legitimacy. Machine took the money but issued a slip stating deposit unsuccessful. Went into the bank as soon as they opened the next morning. Was told ATM's are only handled by SBV and not the bank. Given reference ********** with promised rectification in 4 days. Still waiting.
