RICA - a mess!

<p>Since December last year, ABSA try to RICA me. First the online upload of require documents and informations did not work. The message keep poping up. Then I visited the branch, to find out from a competent lady, that maybe it is my "old" Green RSA ID. The I got a smart card, and upload that. Then a call to submit additional information, whci I submitted to the email they provided. The eversince, 5 call, with same questions over and over agian, which I supply answers over and over agian. When will the stop? Will they ever going to get this right? How many time (mine and theirs) and money wasted and they cannot finalize it. Being aclient of them for donkey of years, should I continue to be associated with such incompetence?. The answer is maybe simple... SWITCH!!!</p>
