Riana Becker, Great Service, ABSA Irene Village Mall

I don't often praise good service, but I thought I would do it here after having had a long day and finding the right person to help. Absolutely great service from banker Riana Becker at ABSA Irene Village Mall! She was such a star in helping me resolve my account issues. She continued to help even after the rest of the staff and branch manager left. It is a breath of fresh air to receive service with a smile and no complaints. Riana, thank you, thank you, thank you - after I took up so much of your time! I would recommend this branch solely for this person alone!
