Rezona Louw ABSA Natis document

On the 6 Augustus I wrote this review on Hello Peter "ABSA - NATIS CAR DOCUMENTS ***********ca I paid my car in full and I want my car documents Since April this year Im trying to get my car's documents I send them mail and then they confirmed that they received the mail Case open and 2 weeks later Case close WITH NOTHING DONE !!!!! SO ITS NOW 4 MONTHS THAT IM TRYING TO GET MY CARS DOCUMENTS When I had to pay my instalments they never have to wait or ask me for the instalment""

So ABSA did apologies and thats ALL! Nothing change since then Rezona Louw send me then mail and inform me that the case will be closed because I did not send them my delivery address How ever I did send my address 4times I even rep**** to her mail with a document attached where I did send my address 4x So now they just ignore me!!

I need my car papers urgently!!
