REWARDS TRANSACTIONS NOT CAPTURED/REWARDED

Absa Rewards has a challenge where customers are encouraged to participate local small businesses and if they are supported on a Friday, the client gets double Rewards. On Friday 24 June I supported Mona Lisa Butchery that is on the list as a partner. I used my credit card to pay for my purchase. I checked my Rewards Challenge and it was still not documented that the challenge was completed. I sent Absa Rewards an enquiry with relevant screenshots - no reply. I have had precious problems with Absa Rewqards not paying out for certain transactions, but the last couple of months I trusted Absa without checking my Reward statement. Please, Absa, this is not acceptable!
