Rewards program is a farce

ABSA reward benefit program does not work. I am notified every month of the rewards that I have qualified for and every month I try to redeem my rewards via the code they provide, which never works and there is nothing wrong with my phone. I have tried to do this from about three different cell numbers with no success. I eventually try to call the call centre, which after often waiting for ages or being transferred from one person to the next, I still don't manage to redeem my vouchers. I had a friend who managed to use the USSD code to redeem one voucher for me, then it took 2 weeks before the voucher number was sent to her from ABSA. 2 days after she received it, I went to the supplier with the voucher number and the voucher number was rejected. All of that for nothing... I have tried again this month to redeem my vouchers and again I sit with the same problem. I am tired of phoning and wasting my money for something that is supposedly meant to work and something that I have qualified for.

Based on the above, this program is a complete farce.

Do something ABSA or lose my business to another bank who delivers what they promise..
