Rewards Level Issues
Rewards Issues, as a valued customer we are asking why we are not on tier 5 rewards and the banker says we must wait and see, further not properly informed and gives us bad feedback on what we short, if anything?
Problem is that we should have been earning a lot more rewards than what they are paying out.
