Rewards is a ****

After months of begging me to restructure a small arrears on one of my three bonds and me refusing, there is a monitoring period of three months before restructuring a joint bond account for a small arrears I have been reducing for over a year.

This account needs to be up to date before my Rewards for the past three months of R3500 to be paid out to me. This is a catch 22.

My rewards were paid out for over a year and never were there any problems I guess you just do not want to pay the rewards due to me.
