REWARDS - here we go AGAIN

<p>in the past Ive struggled tremendously with Rewards earned at Sasol Kgabotse. After numerous complaints the situation was rectified and I earned 5% on my fuel from this specific service station. Last month money was deducted from my Rewards due to "some calculation error". This month I see I did not earn on my fuel from 2 May 2016 ar Kgabotse Service Station, which is a Sasol. I have a suspision the money deducted last month was for fuel at Kgabotse as well. What is up with this? Can someone please clarify this?</p>
