Rewards for the elite

Well,should i say Absa bank is rather pathetic,i tried to claim my 'Absa Rewards',before closing my account so that i can settle the balance outstanding but some dimwit consultant 'Mbali' closures my account before i even got to claim it,even though i explained to her,guess Absa will milk u for every cent they can get out of u,furthermore they put me on ITC,true what they say banks only interested in ripping the hardworking average person off,while the rich enjoy the fruits of their service,pathetic bank,shame on you
