Review an unfair credit profile status

I would like to review absa one year absa financed me in buying a car everything was perfect I was paying every month. But one day I lost my job I couldn't pay anymore, which lead to ABSA repossessin my car they sold my car with more amount I was owing but even today absa doesn't want to update my credit status and I'm not happy because this is rouning my credit
