Reversed transaction still pending after 30 days

I made a transaction on 30 April 2023, and the transaction was reversed by Mr Price but the transaction is still pending even today. Mr Price has referred me to the bank but I guess they didn't know that I bank with the worst bank where there has been no single response for a whole month, NOTHING.

Now I understand why people move from ABSA
