Reverse payment

This is more asking for help. My brother in law died and my mother in law wanted to transfer money to my sister in law account to help her through this difficult time. My mother in law then transferred the money to the wrong account to my sister in law and her husband shared account that was now frozen. My sister in law need the money. Is there a way that Capitec can reverse this payment. The payment was made from Capitec to ABSA. The number below is my mother in laws cell number. Please help
