Reverse payment

It seems like no one in ABSA knows how to reverse a payment. I've been sending emails for several weeks now! Each response I get they are directing me to send an email to a different department that has nothing to do with reversing a payment.

This is my story, I wasn't scared nor wanna do a dispute. I JUST WANNA REVERSE A PAYMENT I MISTAKENLY SENT TO THE WRONG BANK! I'm sorry for being STUPID ABSA!

Instead of selecting FNB I selected FIRSTRAND. I can't believe no one absolutely no one in ABSA can reverse a payment!
