Reversal of R635 debit order

I have ask Absa to reverse Money from my account but they are not able to do it. I went to Roslyn branch they told me they are unable to do it. Then went to Ga Rankuwa complex still they were unable to do it. I dont know MaxLaw and I have never sign any contract with them. I want the debit order to be reversed as soon as possible.
