Reversal of admin fee

On the 15th of July 2021 my account was closed and had unpaid debitorders, and opened a week later on the 23rd of July 2021 no reason or explanation provided as to why my account was closed and opened . On the 15th of August 2021, I am charged a ridiculous admin fee of R2 153, what must I do now, is it a way of chasing me out of ABSA or what??? Rezona Louw has been responding to my complaints and indicating that a review will be conducted and a resolution will be communicated to me telephonically or electronically, I still haven't received feedback on the resolution
