Reversal not done

I have made a purchase at Mr Price Mall of the South, I swiped my card they told me that the transaction was unsuccessful but on my side it had reflected that it had went through so they told me it will automatically reverse so I swipe my card again the second payment went through as well but to date the reversal hasn't been concluded its been 14 days Mr Price has raised the issue with ABSA and made follow ups to do the reversal but still no luck
