Reversal Delaying

I did the try to reverse same error and the funds were not reversed. Yesterday I called the branch could not get assistance after waiting in a long ques Lihle Mbangeni attended me she told me she has done something on the system I should have funds by 16:00 and I did not get the funds I called her she said this morning I will get them still nothing. The amount of the reversal is R6024.00 and I feel like absa and absa mall of Africa are making me idiot and I am very annoyed cause I don’t understand how can a reversal take a week and daily I must go to the branch and be fooled.
