Reversal

Absa has been sending me back and forth refusing to pay my R2000 On the 29th of June I made an instant payment using Payshap but my cousin never received the money. I went to the bank and then I was told to email eft payments queries.co.za , which took almost a month to respond then eventually the response was to email LP Missing Payments, and the response was to email LP Reversals up until today they have not reversed my money. If I can’t trust ABSA with R2000 how can I trust them with 10 000 and more Someone at ABSA has my money and ABSA is refusing to pay it back .. I would like to warn people about the Absa PayShap that is a ****. From 29 June - 17 October they are still sending me back and forth they don’t want to give me my money. They are doing this to frustrate, hoping I will give up since it’s been 3 months already.

This amount of R2000 may seem small to ABSA but it my hard earned money and I want it back. When I phone, the number is not going through *** ABSA does not value their customers at all.
