Return debitorders for R2????

<p>It's so upsetting to see that Absa gives away R100000 for opening a cheque account but they can't retain their current gold account customers, they rather return a debit order for R2.00!!!! Absa product debit orders are "internal debit orders" and can't be returned - is this allowed?? Isn't it a clients right (human right) to have the ability to return any debit order? But Absa restricts customers from returning their products and therefore Credit could not return another debit order for the R2 my account was overdrawn coz of this restriction. Now I have to arrange for the insurance, make a call, hold on forever, explain that the Bank is to stingy to allow an account to go into overdraft for R2!! This is frustrating the he'll out of me and I think it's time Absa rather protects their customers than chases them away. I have to go through he'll and that because of R2!!! This is pathetic and childish!!</p>
