Retrenched and struggling to get my last payslip and Irp5

Good day

I was working for absa bank and I was retrenched I've been calling their HRC to assist me with may last payslip but all they do is they tell you to hold the line when they send you and email with you requested documents but they don't all they do is to put you on hold for 20 minutes plus I'm struggling to get a pay slip please assist I spoke to the lady Innocentia all she said is in future I must send an email
