restructuring went wrong.

I requested my account to be restructured for three months when i was on maternity ,now its over three months but my account is not set back to normal. I have been trying to get hold of them but no luck all their numbers rings to voicemail.

my interests rates have been set high including my installments have been increased to 83 months ridiculous.
