Restructuring of credit card

On the 15th Feb I made arrangements with one of the consultants to pay R200 on my credit card as that is the amount I can afford at the moment due to the fact that I am on maternity leave and only receive a small portion on my salary. I am not sure whether I said a date for the payment. On the 26th Feb I withdraw funds to pay other account to notice that R1400 is missing out of my savings account. NO notification was send to my cell phone indicating that money was debited. I went to the bank to query it to find out its the credit card. The lady at the bank that assisted me was not very friendly as I told her but I made arrangements. All she said was I can put you through to them. I just walked out and said I'll phone them. I got home and phone,spoke to a Nevash and explained. He looked into it and said that there is an amount of R200 captured in the system that I can afford. He then escalated the matter. No one came back to me. Later the day,just after 17:40,I received a sms saying that they debited my savings to make up my credit. Who gave them permission to do that?They took R1210 out of my savings without informing or discussing it with me. I amdone with Absa Bank
