Restructuring Absa vehicle finance account

Good day I whatc on You Tube where a Absa official told Million off Customer that if they are in trouble by paying their vehicle installment they should reach out to the bank. What this official did not explain on You Tube ETV is if your vehicle finance account is less than a year old they will not be able to assist that is what I was told by the call centre at Absa vehicle finance account arrangements I tried to explain that I only need a two month assistance as I will be out of my financial situation at the end of March 2023 and I can afford to pay 50 preset off my installment over 2 months
