Residual Value
In March 2023 I paid an amount equal to my Residual Value into my vehicle finance account and I also instructed them to reduce my installment accordingly. Just spoke to someone at the Call Centre and advised tht on my statements the Res Value still shows, will I have to pay this amount back when it becomes due or do I just continue to repay until the end of my term and they advised me yes I will still have to repay this. Can someone please help me here to understand as all funds goes to the same account?????
