RESERVED FUNDS FOR NO REASON

I changed my account into savings account on the 02 January 2018, and there were funds in my account and i had outstanding card authorisation. i did enquire from the consultant if this wont be a problem they informed me there will be none. i tried to withdraw the remaining fund a week later but funds are not available. i went to the branch to get assistance , they called the head office who promised to release funds in 48hrs till today, i called tje branch to follow up but they had to lodge a complaint themselves hence the matter was not sorted,till today my funds are on reserve and cannot access.i thout absa was a civilised bank but i was wrong. i do not want any connection with them
