Require Departure Letter of Consent from ABSA as Bond Holder: I have waited over 1 month for a simple letter to be issued. A departure letter was issued incorrectly, as it only dealt with one departure, when I had requested two departures from ABSA. Lodging this on Hello Peter was a last resort, as trying to deal with this in Knysna Branch has proved unsuccessful. As this is a public platform, I do not want to record my personal details here. If ABSA responds to this, I can respond directly to ABSA with personal details and documentation I have regarding getting the correct departure letter issued by ABSA.
