Requesting settlement amount on my vehicle I bought

I have contacted the ABSA Vehicle Finance Department to get a settlement amount on my vehicle I bought. I was transferred 6 times without any satisfaction. I will not pay my installment next month - maybe then they will put me through to the correct person.
