Requesting my documents

Im requesting my documents from absa car finance, all the correspondence prior to them repossessing my vehicle. I recently lost everything on my phone because I was using an old phone, I understand why we must first come to hello Peter In order for absa to respond because they never reply to emails. I still an account which is in areas with absa so im requesting assistance with my personal information.
