Requesting IT3B Tax Certificate without any success - Staff unhelpful

I’ve been trying to get my IT3 tax certificate without any success. I was told to email *** to request the certificate which I did. I received an automated response with a reference number stating I would receive a response within 3 working days along with the collections call centre number of ***stating if I required assistance to ring that number. I emailed *** again to follow up on my request to forward through my IT3B tax certificate so I could submit it to SARS. I again received no response. I phoned ***and explained my situation stating that I had twice emailed *** requesting my tax certificate but that I had not yet received a response. I was told to email that address to request it, I informed the assistant I had twice done so, had not received a response hence my calling the number I received from the automated response. I was told I would be put through to the correct department only to be transferred to the regular ABSA call division. I called ***back, informed the lady of my situation only to be told I need to send through an email to ***. I explained I had done so twice hence my phoning. They explained there was nothing they could do and that I had to wait for a response. I’m not sure why I received an automated email with a reference number which is totally useless along with a call centre number who’s staff are untrained and of less use than the automated email. WHAT TO DO I NEED TO DO TO GET MY IT3B TAX CERTIFICATE ABSA???
