Requested documents denied
I cannot believe what Activate by Absa insurance did to me, I was supposed to travel to Mozambique yesterday date 24th February 2025, I have been requesting insurance cross border letter since 2 weeks ago, I have emailed them several times and only got reference numbers and that a consultant will get back to me but nothing happened, I made a call yesterday only to be on hold for an hour then my call was ended without any assistance.
