Request of paid off statement and refund

ABSA Credit card no.***07 6026 paid off May 2024. Proof of payment sent same day ,payment confirmation received. Paid off statement were requested, not yet received. June 2024 ABSA withdraw R5429.41 from my account,Aug 2024 R3800 withdraw.
