Request for help with AIMs from ABSA

Absa Management Investment Services (AIMs) with Absa Bank are the worst investors I have ever dealt with. The way their admin logistics is set up will lose you money. I have spoken to 6 different people in 4 days and they all tell me different things regarding my request forms. Do not invest there if you want your investments to work for you one day. I lost a few thousands today purely due to their incompetency. They are now making it impossible for me to get my money out.
