request for decision within hours

We have a safe deposit box which is charged every year in June.<br> Today we got a phonecall from our branch that we have to pay immediately 350% of our last year fee or we have to take our box. All this has to be done within 2 business days. Initially they asked for the decision on the same day, but we have got another day because we are 20 kilometers away from the branch.
