Request declined by absa trust

Good day My name is koketso Tsebe, i'm 24 years old i have a trust account with absa i've been complaining multiple times now as they are not willing to help nor meet me half way

Last Year December 8th of 2018 my cousin borrowed me a car and i had an accident with it the car was written off i called absa to help me replace that car my request was declined my cousin have been patient with me understanding the struggle i get from absa and until now she now decided to take this matter to her attorneys they contacted me telling me that i should replace that car by the end of this month or else they will take the matter to the court i then took my Monthly maintance money that i get from absa which is (R6000) i then bought a second hand body from some guy called Mandla without an engine (the car is still in fixing progress) i emailed absa and told them that i will need additional amount on the monthly maintanace as i couldnt buy food, electricity, toiletry, and rent, as explained "i took all the money to buy that second hand car" i have a 6, Month old son who needs nappies and milk and other stuff buy absa has declined my request i am in need of food its a Need i can't live without food as they know i'm also taking care of my family(siblings and parents) who are not working we depending on the monthly income i get from absa i have also made requests asking them to renovate the RDP house i live in and it has been months they are still delaying its almost 6/7 Months i keep on asking same thing can hello peter try to help about this matter they have about R 2 881, 040.84 that i got from RAF and this money was suppose to help with my needs but most of my requests are alwys declined please hello petter help i would like this trust to be terminated
