Repudiation of Claim

My vehicle was ****** and Absa idirect repudiated my claim. I was insured with Absa and after 1 month of cancellation I re-instated my policy and was not aware that I have to take the car for inspection again as it was previously inspected. The assessor went to the place my vehicle was ****** and the existence of the car was confirmed by witnesses which was included in his report but the claim was rejected on basis of not taking the vehicle for inspection. I feel I was treated unfairly
