I have been paying my car through debt review since 2020. I have now been advised that the last time the debt review company paid the account was June last year. I am being told I must return the car without any legal process having been undertaken to bring the matter to my attention and afford me an opportunity to respond. This after paying off my car with the same bank just recently. And also vising their branch to obtain papers of my car without anyone informing me there is a court process being undertaken. One wonders how many people find themselves in this situation with their vehicles being repossesed so ************ly.
