REPOSSESION ********* AND UN LAWFUL

<p>So last week I had my one and only mode of transport for work and personal taken away from me after paying this car without a hitch for 3 years and a massive deposit. I know and understand I failed to make a few payments and I had then tried to rectify and make arrangements with huge failure not on my behalf! I own and run a small business with 5 employees and my one and only mode of making sure my business survives is gone. Nowhere was I summonsed or given written notice or any of that as it was served on a property that I lived in three years ago. This is strange as all my bank accounts, credit cards and even my business cheque account was all changed on the same day when I moved and took over my business. When I have asked for all the legal documents to now be sent to me no one is willing to help. It seems ABSA just love *****ing your money putting you in the sheit and then running away and it seems more racial planned than anything else. If my business fails by next week I will make sure ABSA are in the headlines for this as I can’t survive nor can my family. I have even offered to make full up to date payments to try keep the bakkie and now no one wants to hear that either. My life has officially been ruined by ABSA so thank you for that.</p> <p> </p>
