Repeated unauthorised debit orders - chargeable to me as a victim

How does your bank make any sense except for robbing consumers? I get unauthorised debit orders going off my account when you are not able to prevent *****s, and now I have to pay a 'dispute fee'? I keep minimum money in there because of this very reason, and now my authorised debits are penalising me because there are insufficient funds in there for them after the *****sters took my money. Oh, and I get to pay the processing fees for the *****sters to take my money, the very ones that I constantly have to fend off myself, what am I paying the monthly banking fees for?!

This representative is a disgrace. I sent her a transaction downloaded from Absa online banking, and she was not able to pick up 2 debit orders, one of which was a **** as I mentioned in the initial complaint. Thereafter, she was not able to pick up that the amount that was debited for dispute of said unauthorised debit. I had to break down the transaction one by one for her. Thereafter, she told me, quoting verbatim, " We cannot work on speculations without having the proof ." All she had to do was request for a proof in a professional manner, but those were her chosen words implying that I am a ****. I voiced my displeasure and the way she handled it was to basically throw the R20 fees back at me and announced that they are closing 'their file therein,' without so much as a chance to allow me to elaborate further. How is this person, with the title 'Specialist Case Manager', who is unable to understand their own statements, not able to understand how to handle an irate customer, with no emotion quotient, in that position? Not that they care for a small fry, but I am moving my small business elsewhere after this awful exchange. I suggest you and your colleagues take a leaf from Capitec, whom we also utilise with absolute satisfaction - learn from their professionalism and customer care.
